Work that fits you, not the other way around.

I spent ten years on the other side of the table, hiring people in hi-tech. Now I sit on your side, and help you find work that suits who you are and what you can actually do.

With experience or without one. Mid-career or starting over. The question is the same: what now?

Most people aren't lost. They're stuck.

You know something needs to change. You just can't see the next step from where you're standing. That's normal, and it's fixable. We look at what you're good at, what matters to you, what you're willing to do - and what the market is actually hiring for right now. Where those four overlap is where we aim.

Why I keep my prices low

People come to me at a vulnerable point. Out of work, worn down, or quietly miserable in a job that's draining them. Charging a lot at that moment feels wrong to me. So I keep the price where most people can reach it. If I help you, the payment I want is your recommendation. That's how this reaches the next person who needs it.

How we work

Six things we keep coming back to. Not every session covers all of them, but this is the map.

  • Direction

What do you actually want from work? Not the answer that sounds good in an interview - the real one. We start there, because everything else depends on it.

  • Strengths

What you're good at is often the thing you find easy, so you assume it's not worth much. We name it properly, and then we learn to say it out loud.

  • Values

Money, stability, flexibility, meaning, people, quiet. You can't have all of them at once. We work out which ones you refuse to trade away.

  • The real market

I've hired for a lot of roles. I can tell you what a job posting really wants, which titles overlap, and where your experience travels better than you think.

  • Your story

Resume, LinkedIn, and the answer to "so tell me about yourself." Same facts, told so a recruiter can follow them in ten seconds.

  • Momentum

A plan small enough that you'll actually do it this week. Who to contact, what to apply to, what to practise. Then we adjust.
